Exercise Videos

Attach a video to any set from the set's options menu. It uploads in the background while you keep training, then you can watch it back — and compare left versus right on unilateral lifts.

Attach A Video To Any Set

Open a set's options and choose to upload a video for it — for unilateral movements, each side gets its own clip.

  • Upload a video for any set, and for each side of a unilateral movement
  • Video stays attached to that exact set in your session history
  • Pick an existing clip or record a new one
  • Doesn't block you from moving on to your next set

Clear Status From Upload To Ready

Your set shows exactly where a video is in the pipeline, and you can retry or remove it at any stage if something goes wrong.

  • Status icon on the set shows Queued, Uploading, Processing, or Uploaded
  • Retry or remove the video from any stage of the pipeline
  • Uploads run in the background so you're not stuck waiting on a screen
  • Processing happens on our servers after upload, so review isn't instant

Compare Left And Right

For unilateral sets, once both sides have a playable clip, pull them up side-by-side to check for imbalances.

  • "Compare L/R" opens both clips in a side-by-side view
  • Only appears once both sides have finished processing
  • Useful for spotting form differences between limbs
  • Same set, same session — no hunting for the matching clip

Review Your Form Later

Every uploaded set video is reachable from the set itself in a full-screen, swipeable feed with the exercise context alongside it.

  • Full-screen swipeable video feed reachable from any logged set
  • Exercise name, weight, and reps shown alongside the clip
  • Feedback section for notes on what you saw
  • Videos stay tied to their set, so your history stays organized

Uploaded In The Background, Reviewed On Your Time

Recording a set video doesn't stop your workout — it uploads while you keep training and is ready to review once processing finishes.
